    SMS Program

    By consenting to SMS messages from Clear Studios, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, reservation, membership, and appointment communications.

    Message Rates

    Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

    Privacy

    SMS communications are subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not send clinical information through unsecured notifications.

    SMS Text Messaging

    How Clear Studios text messaging works, including how to opt in, opt out, and get help.

    Transactional

    Transactional & Appointment Reminders — used for appointment confirmations, reminders, and time-sensitive treatment communications.

    Marketing & Promotional — used for offers, promotions, and general practice updates. Requires your opt-in consent.

    These numbers are text-only. They do not accept inbound voice calls. If you need to speak with your studio, call your local location's phone number listed on our Locations page.

    How to Opt In

    You opt in to our SMS programs by providing your mobile number on a consultation request form, at your studio visit, or by texting a keyword (such as START) to the relevant number above. Marketing messages require your explicit opt-in consent before we send them.

    How to Opt Out (STOP)

    To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from that number. You will be unsubscribed from that program immediately. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional/appointment reminders, and vice versa — each program uses a separate number.

    How to Resume (START)

    To resume messages after opting out, text START to the number you want to rejoin. You may also provide consent again at your next studio visit.

    Getting Help (HELP)

    Text HELP to either number for assistance with the SMS program. For all other questions, contact your local studio via our Locations page.

    Message Frequency & Rates

    Message frequency varies based on your treatment schedule and, for marketing, your opted-in preferences. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

    Membership Disclaimers

    * “Unlimited cleanings and whitening” are subject to clinical approval. Modern smile-care membership with benefits stated in your selected plan. Benefits may include eligible professional polishing or preventive care, whitening, examinations, diagnostics, oral-health saliva screening, and member pricing on designated services. Cancel anytime. No insurance required. All services are subject to clinical eligibility, availability, and the Membership Terms.

    Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. The enrollment payment and completed monthly payments are nonrefundable, except as required by law or for a verified billing error.

    Membership is not dental insurance. Clinical benefits remain subject to professional evaluation, eligibility, availability, and the Membership Terms. Certain eligible expenses may qualify for HSA/FSA payment; confirm eligibility with your plan administrator.
